Returns or Exchanges

Thank you for choosing www.plaidpreint.com! We hope you are completely satisfied with your wig purchase. If you have any problems with your order, please refer to the following return and exchange policy.

1. Return and Exchange Eligibility
Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods.
The product must be in its original packaging, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and include all original tags, accessories, and invoice.
The following situations are not eligible for return or exchange:
Requests submitted after the return/exchange time limit
Wigs that have been used, cut, dyed, or modified
Dissatisfaction due to personal preference

2. Return and Exchange Process
Submit your request: Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and product photos via our customer service email or website contact form.
Review and Confirmation: Customer service will review your return/exchange request within 24 hours and provide a return address and instructions.
Return the product: Please package the product carefully and send it back using a trackable shipping method.
Confirmation and Processing: After we receive and inspect the product, we will process the refund or exchange within 3-7 business days.

3. Refund Instructions
Refund Method: After confirming the return, the refund will be returned to your original payment method.
Processing Time: It usually takes 3-7 business days for the refund to arrive, depending on the payment platform.
Shipping Costs:
For quality issues or incorrect/missing items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns/exchanges not due to quality issues, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.

4. Exchange Instructions
Exchanges are only for the same product or a product of equal value from the same order.
If you need to exchange for a different product, please place a new order after returning the old product.

5. Special Notes
Wigs are personal beauty products; please ensure that the product meets the return/exchange conditions before returning it.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid loss during transit.
We will not be able to process returns or exchanges if the product does not meet the return/exchange conditions due to personal handling or shipping damage.
